The purpose of this Privacy Policy (” PP “) is to protect the privacy of all those who use the website www.sportrack.io, (” site “), whose domain belongs to Sportrack, thereby letting them know how their personal data will be collected and processed.

Whenever appropriate, a Sportrack may use Subcontractors, a fact to which users of the Site give their express consent.
In particular, the use of Subcontractors will take place for the purposes of: managing the commercial relationship with users, providing sales and supply services, processing payments and billing, ensuring the performance of due diligence and back office operations , namely in terms of the technical and operational support and assistance necessary for the operation of the Site, as well as all others considered necessary and / or convenient, at any time.
Subcontractors to whom Sportrack appeals, will implement all technical and organizational measures appropriate to the protection of personal data transmitted to them, in order to ensure the defense of the rights and interests of the respective owners.

Access and mere use of the Site by Users do not imply the collection or processing of any personal data. However, whenever the User creates an account on the Site, certain data will be collected, the nature of which varies according to the purpose associated with it. In certain cases, personal data that is transmitted by Users of the Site may be transferred to other entities that provide services to Sportrack that operate were from the EU.

6. Period of retention of personal data

Personal data collected and processed by Sportrack will be kept for the entire period of time that users’ registration on the Site remains active.
Once the user’s registration on the Site is terminated, the personal data that the user has transmitted to Sportrack will be kept for up to 1 (one) year from that date, unless another conservation period elapses from the applicable law.
