I was lucky because I always had the opportunity to do what I wanted. Ever since I was a child, I have been interested in the field of management, having the opportunity to work in a professional context during school holidays, to collaborate and, within my possibilities, to get involved in the family business. The enthusiasm for the management and optimisation of human resources was very early.

Meanwhile, also as a child, I started my handball career, which has proved to be very rewarding, as I am, to date (June 2023), the second highest scorer in the national handball team with 528 goals, in addition to numerous achievements and collective victories.
This experience of high-competition sport has shaped me not only as an athlete, but more importantly as a person, as I have “suffered” on the field, overcoming obstacles and fighting like there is no tomorrow to be the best.
Along the way, not only have many physical qualities developed, but also, and above all, an improved sense of humanity and team spirit.
It’s not enough to be the best, to win you have to be surrounded by the best.
